The primary objective of breast self-examination is to foster an understanding of what is normal for each individual, enabling timely action should any changes arise. It is essential for users to become acquainted with both the visual and tactile characteristics of their breasts, routinely checking for any signs that may warrant further examination. While changes do not automatically indicate breast cancer, they should prompt a consultation with a healthcare professional.
